I observed this bug starting to happen at around 9/13/23 at 12:49 PM PST. Trying to purchase a developer product through studio raises this error, instead of the usual buy for free prompt.
Repro: Have a developer product within the universe, and call PromptProductPurchase with the Id in studio test.

To assist you further, could you kindly specify the developer product ID, the universe ID, as well as your device type?
