You should contract Roblox Support to discuss the possibly of refunding it. For now, avoid purchasing for now, as you might not get anything out of it in the long run.
Contact Roblox Support, if they are actually stealing the money than thats a big problem. If I were you, I would try redeeming gift cards on a diferent device…

I was using PayPal - are you using this too?
Probably something to do with the servers bugging out on Roblox’s End, cause it doesn’t happen to me now, just tried purchasing robux and worked fine so maybe Roblox Servers were being oofy
Where are you purchasing this from? If amazon - roblox does not support premiuim purchase with amazon

Only possible solution is contacting Roblox for a refund.
that happens to me I think you need to wait for premium to expire then re-buy premium.
yeah same, I bought 2 gift cards from the official website but it says that both times and I have waited for a month and the support team isnt helping at all, it’s just a scam at this point.
