Unable to receive Roblox automated emails

Unable to receive Roblox automated emails, contacted the email provider and they ran an in-depth check, was forwarded to the supervisor and was told that it’s an issue with Roblox

Cannot receive any automated emails aside from Roblox DevEx
That includes things like 2FA, password resets, trade notifications etc…

This has been the case for the past few months, didn’t mind as I use an authenticator app

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to receive emails

A private message is associated with this bug report

I have this problem too for password reset on an account. The email address contains a +. The inbox which the + is an ignored addition to can still recieve Roblox emails.

I hope some staff members can reach out to help resolve this issue. I initially thought I was the only one experiencing the issue, but I cannot imagine how many others might be facing the same problem without access to the forum to be able to report it.

I also don’t have a + or . in my email.
