Unable to reply to topics in Announcements; "403 error"

When attempting to reply to a topic (I just tried in #updates:announcements, wanting to give my feedback on the new Selection Improvements) I’m given a popup that just simply says “403 error” in the standard forum error box. It doesn’t provide any further info as-is, but going into the console it throws this error:

I have tried logging out and then logging back in, in the hopes of refreshing my token but it persists.
I’ve only just noticed this happening today, but It’s been a while since I tried to reply in a topic anyway so I’m unable to give a very accurate time frame.
