Attempting to report an advertisement within an experience via the Illegal Content Report Form will auto-fill the asset URL, however it is invalid for the form.

I expect the link to be accepted, or either be changed to https://roblox.com/library/{assetId}
Hi , Thanks for the report. Our team has reviewed and made a fix for this issue. The fix will be available next week. Please note we have migrated the asset url to https://create.roblox.com/store/asset/{assetId}.
I hope this doesn’t mean you can’t submit library links anymore. The change to viewing assets in the Creator Marketplace instead of the old ‘library’ page hasn’t rolled out to everyone, including myself. This would mean I would have to change the link every single time to the format you listed.
Links auto-redirect. The reason I sent a library link instead is because it supports more stuff than create can. It just likes to randomly error as seen here:

I can confirm that the issue is now resolved, however the report menu seems to no longer be centered, with a broken dropdown design:
