Unable to review Robux credit agreement, redirects to Roblox home page

I recently received a message regarding pending Robux credit and cannot review nor accept the agreement. Instead of being sent to the agreement page, the link will redirect back to the Roblox home page. This was reported by me and was resolved then, but it seems to be back unfortunately.

This link was tested on Firefox 142.0.1 with (and without) extensions and also tested on Microsoft Edge 140.0.3485.54, no changes.

The link in question is in the staff-only content in case it’s needed.

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to review the Robux credit agreement when selecting the link in the message.

Robux Credit does not allow user to accept agreement

I am on Firefox 142.0.1 on a 2020 Macbook air running Sequoia 15.1. I am running the BTRoblox extension, but the bug happens with it disabled aswell. I recently got a robux credit adjustment message, and when I went to accept the agreement, it would briefly load on the agreement page then redirect to Log in to Roblox . It does not let me see or agree to the agreement and I may be missing out on a credit adjustment. Link to the agreement page that redirects me : Roblox Expected behavior …

Thanks for reporting this! We’ve fixed the bug, and you should now be able to review the Robux credit agreement without being redirected to the home page. Please let us know if you continue to see any issues.
