Unable to run sponsors for only female users

I noticed when i try to run sponsors i can’t run them for specifically female users. This is a really bad thing because the mass majority of my catalog’s audience is catered towards female users and i don’t want my sponsors to be shown to the wrong audience

Hi

I am working on this bug, and was able to see this as well in my testing. It is due to intermittent internal system errors. We are seeing if there is anything we can do to further improve.

In the meanwhile, I think the best way to unblock yourself is to keep trying, sometimes you will need to start over creating the ads from the beginning.

Please let me know if it works.

Thanks!

Hi

I did not see a response, and hope this issue has been resolved for you?

Thanks!

Hey, i have redid the process from the beginning before, multiple times, that doesnt work

Thank you so much for reaching out. In the new ads manager, you can set location and device targeting. That’s because we know any dollar you spend on ads is important, so we want to make it go as far as we can. That’s why our new systems are designed to find you the best users.

Our new Ads Manager is built with smarter performance algorithms that optimize to drive the lowest Cost Per Play (CPP) aligned with your goal. This system will dynamically adjust bids in real-time to maximize ad performance and show your ads to the most relevant users.

We’ve also built in new model-based targeting that optimizes the delivery of your ads. These models analyze things like user engagement patterns, genre preferences, past ad performance, user behavior patterns, and audience demographics (where available) to reach the most relevant and high-value users with your ads. All of these changes are aimed at providing better results and ROI, with less manual effort or expertise required.

We know that some targeting is important. That’s why creators can now add targeting parameters to campaigns set up in the new flow, enabling ads to only be shown to users by geo and platform. This advanced targeting functionality lets you benefit from our AI optimization while providing you with more control, and can be found in the advanced settings section of set up. Unless you have a clear need for geo or platform, we recommend running without targeting, as our algorithms will be able to find the right users for your experience.

Let us know what you think when you try it out. We’d love to hear any other feedback.

Hello, I did check out the devforum posts, however these look like they apply to only experiences and not UGC items, which UGC item sponsoring is what I’m referring to on this post
