Unable to search for collaborator via name

Hi there! i’m currently trying to collaborate with my friend on a project, however whenever i search his name, it will not load, instead showing this
image

any help is appreciated

(i posted in this topic as it’s the only one i can post in, sorry)

Try waiting long enough. How much time have you waited?

If you mean category, it’s the right one don’t worry. But you should be able to post in other categories too, that seems weird.

I had waited about 30 minutes with it loading, still no results.

Try restarting computer, and, if it doesn’t work, uninstalling Roblox Studio and installing it back.
