I bought a UGC accessory (about an hour ago at the time of this bug report) but I cannot use/see it in games or on my profile. I can only “equip” and see it in the avatar editor. Please help. 
What games have you tested this accessory in?
Only TSB for now. I will test others.
That may hav been why, I believe there is a system that keeps obstructive objects from being worn. Try it in a game such as jailbreak.
I did guy the item earlier today when Roblox was a bit broken, so that’s probably why it’s bugged.

The item is R15 only, try it while in R15
I have tried R15 games, it doesn’t appear there either. It seems to unequip itself.
This is because most games on the front page hage plugins that auto delete accessories that are too big.
Yes, but you need to set yourself to R15, I’m pretty sure. Please just try setting yourself to R15 and then join a baseplate
I equip the UGC, and I reload the app and it is unequipped.
Does it appear now if you equip and try out inside of some Roblox experiences?
