Unable to See Play Button (even though your platform's supported)

Some players are claiming they don’t have permission to enter the place (can’t see the play button), even though their platform is supported. Messages of so:

(I actually have 3 more messages but those messages dont claim that they are on a supported platform, they just say they can’t enter the game. I think it’s the same problem though.)

Happening at: ars_Zombiecon - Roblox
(EDIT: Only supports laptop/desktop)

Has this been fixed? I know this is 2 weeks old, I’ve stopped receiving messages of the bug but idk if it’s been fixed. Looking for reassurance and/or just to report this bug.

try asking andytheshark to test the game with that laptop (and ask if his laptop has a touchscreen too), he was online today

Wow must have stopped today then @mael, it seems that 3 days ago he was still having the problem, told me “Thank you” when I told him I’d be reporting this in.

Still happening. ‘Lovethyenemy’ (one who reported this 2 weeks ago) is still having issues even though they’re on a supported platform (laptop)

Ask if that person’s device has a touchscreen. I did show the issue to the head of the web team at RDC East.

My 2-in-1 laptop (touch screen) was able to play :open_mouth: Now it’s a sometimes will/sometimes won’t work basis.
