Hi! I’ve been working to submit new sponsored posts for testing within the creator hub. However, when I attempt to create new ads within my campaign, the submit button is greyed out and will not let me finalize the ad. Is this a bug, or is there something I’m missing here? I also spoke with our web developer, and he thinks the error occurs because it lists the location field as ‘undefined’ within the dev tools window, even though I have locations listed. So maybe that is the cause? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Expected behavior
I usually would be able to hit the submit button when finalizing the new ad within the campaign. And then the ad goes live.
