Recently I have been unable to turn off ad campaigns/ad sets and ads on the ads manager website. I’m not sure when this bug has appeared.
I’m unable to use the off/on switch to stop campaigns ad sets and ads. The button seems to be disabled and not clickable.
It’s very important as a developer to turn off campaigns that aren’t achieving the stats you looking for. At the moment I’m losing money while this being an issue.

This sadly is still a big issue, we can’t turn off any campaigns, ad sets or ads.
I still can not pause any campaigns, ad sets or ads at the moment. Really concerning me.

I don’t know much about this, But it means you can’t toggle it after 6 hours… I suppose???
This is happening to me too. I tried to make an ad campaign but realised in my ad set, I was targeting the wrong demographic. I made a new ad and tried to run it, but it’s been hanging with zero progress. I made a new ad set and ads and tried to turn off the old ad campaign (so the fixed ad set can run) , and it won’t let me turn any ads on, or off without errors. Ad manager has been very buggy and unpleasant so far.
After a month there is still no respond, a feature that is really important for A/B testing is not working.
I also had this problem, the ad close button didn’t work and it cost me too many ad points

Seems only be possible when having your credit card connected. Still waiting for an update on this.
