Reproduction Steps
Currently we are unable to make any changes to the localization table using the localization toolkit.
Here’s an example of uploading an empty csv file:
1, Use the localization toolkit to replace the existing CSV:
2, After pressing the Confirm button, we will receive an error in the console:
3, By unfolding the entries, we believe the new one didn’t get uploaded successfully because they are still showing the old ones:

4, By downloading the cloud file, we found it a weird zh-cjv column that we never included in our uploads (which we believe could be the culprit):
Expected Behavior
We can replace localization cloud table with CSV.
Actual Behavior
Workaround
We don’t have a workaround.
