I’ve been trying to get a video thumbnail uploaded for my game however the website will always refuse to load the “Home page” and when I go to the “Experience detail page” the video button is greyed out/locked.
I think, and I’m not totaally sure but, I think you need to have your account ID verified or something?
How would one go around doing that

Update: I don’t think that is the issue as I can’t upload a video to my game either and I’m verified. Maybe you have to have Roblox Premium or something?
I have Roblox premium so I doubt its that.
I’ve got no clue then sorry.
