Unable to upload custom video - "Asset creation failed. Please try again later."

I have been trying to a upload custom video for 2 days, but I kept receiving an upload error saying “Asset creation failed. Please try again later.”

The video is already in .mp4 file, less than 30 seconds, 1920x1080 resolution, named "Intro Cutscene (changed multiple times, didn’t work), and I have 2000 robux ready to upload. What am I doing wrong?

It did not go through moderation yet so I’m sure it’s not related to audio or video. I have tried uploading another videos, still getting the same error.

Unfortunately I have also experienced this same issue for the past week when attempting to upload a 30s video. When I opened up the console, I have noticed I receive 1 of 2 errors: 500 (Internal Server Error) or 403 (Forbidden).

That’s really weird, it’s already more than a week since I tried uploading the video and I am still getting the same error. Hope we can find solution asap.
