I was in the creator dashboard and uploaded a classic shirt. There was no error, and the shirt did not appear in dashboard, or in my avatar editor section in classic shirts.
I reuploaded the shirt, and it took my robux. There is nothing in transaction history and basically I lost 20 robux
roblox is down right now dont try it again and send a message to roblox support and they will give you your robux back
ive run into this same problem where roblox also took my robux when uploading.
What category under the support form should i contact?
