Unable to upload thumbnail video with the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sy3xxGYIZwQ to BLACKPINK THE PALACE, place ID 14198802909
When uploading the video on the thumbnail page, an error “Error occurred” will always pop up, with no other information.
Console log shows the following error
500 Robux gets deducted from the account when pressing on “Add Video”, but will immediately bounce back as a Roblox Adjustment when the error shows up.
This error has been happening persistently since 25 August 2023.
We have tried:
- To upload using a different account, ID: (4312981279, 185845822)
- Two separate users from different regions (UK, Asia) to attempt to upload the video
Everyone has been getting the same error for this specific YouTube link for the place. Roblox Moderation Team had mentioned that this is not an issue with moderation.
