Myself and some other UGC creators are unable to upload hairs due to the new coplanar triangle limitation on UGC uploads. Most Roblox hairs are made with coplanar faces, making this limitation very restricting. With this new limitation, I am unable to upload hairs on to the marketplace. This error occurs with multiple hairs I have tried to upload.
I have been experiencing the same bug as of lately too preventing me from uploading some hair UGC
We’ll review the limits on this check to make sure they are good. Do you have examples of hair currently on the platform that we can take a look at? Or can you tell me the IDs of the meshes you uploaded which failed the coplanar triangle check?

thanks, we’ll review those. The new coplanar check has been turned off now. We will review appropriate limits before before turning it back on again
We raised the limit on this check and turned it back on several days ago. Please let us know if there are further issues.
I’m having issues with this limit. It seems awfully small still and won’t let me upload face accessories that rely on coplanar tris.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but deleting tris and moving verts around certainly isn’t helping.
This error should really be clarified, as well, such as telling the user how many intersections they DO have.
EDIT: Solved this. Comically, my solution was “just add more tris”.
