Unable to use age verification after accept Roblox VNG's TOS

It happens after people accept term of service on their account to Roblox VNG’s application on Android or iPhone.

After I read FAQ from the official website I don’t see they mention about removing verification from the account after accepting that.

Usually, a normal account with a different region should look like this:

But after accepting TOS we got an account that looked like this(This account doesn’t have voice chat access):


Yes, I also had an account before Roblox VNG was out and didn’t accept the term so it looks like this:

I believe no browser extensions change the layout of my Roblox website.

If this was intentional, please provide us with another way so we can have a voice chat to enjoy with friends and improve our English skills.

Expected behavior

There shouldn’t be a change from our profile and verification after accepting Roblox VNG app’s TOS.

Im having the same issue too.
Like i need to verify my Roblox age through my phone number so I could get things easy like importing sfx to roblox but the audio limit took me so bad.

Bumping this again after almost seven months, not a single change, at all. There are alot of methods out there like content maturity slider but got patched later with “Restricted content”.
EVEN the support system (include international and VNG version) won’t help.

There are something to discuss here…
