Since a few weeks ago, after the 1,000 friends cap was added, I have noticed 2 related bugs happening simultaneously:
• I have not been able to view the friends list of certain users
• Certain users have not are not able to view my friends list
Keep in mind this bug only affects only a minor of people, like about 5%.
Here is an example of an unaffected user
When you hover over the friends, followers and following, it has a link to go to the full list to see the profiles of the friends/followers/following

It does not have the option to go to the full list of friends/followers/following, so you can’t see the profiles of the friends/followers/following

Expected behavior
The full friends/followers/following list should be accessible to everyone, just like it was before the 1,000 friends cap update.
