Unable To View Messages Through My Mobile Browser

Reproduction Steps

  1. On a mobile device, log onto the Talent Hub through the Google Chrome app.

  2. Navigate to:
    Talent Hub

  3. Select an application, you will not be able to view messages associated with it.

Device Info

  • User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 12; SM-M515F) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/104.0.0.0 Mobile Safari/537.36
  • Platform Type: Android: unknown phone
  • Device Type: Phone

Expected Behavior

To be able to view messages (conversation history) associated with applications.

Actual Behavior

I am able to see a list of job positions I have applied to, but not messages/conversations associated with them.

Notice how the messages are on the right? I’m unable to view them.

Workaround

1. Click on the 3 dots on your top right corner of your Google Chrome app.

2.Check the box next to: “Desktop Site”.

You will now be able to view the messages as you are now viewing the website as if you were on a desktop.

This technically isn’t a bug since mobile is not officially supported on the Talent Hub.
