Reproduction Steps

On a mobile device, log onto the Talent Hub through the Google Chrome app.

Navigate to:
Talent Hub -
Select an application, you will not be able to view messages associated with it.
Device Info

Expected Behavior
To be able to view messages (conversation history) associated with applications.
Actual Behavior
I am able to see a list of job positions I have applied to, but not messages/conversations associated with them.
Notice how the messages are on the right? I’m unable to view them.
Workaround
1. Click on the 3 dots on your top right corner of your Google Chrome app.
2.Check the box next to: “Desktop Site”.
You will now be able to view the messages as you are now viewing the website as if you were on a desktop.
