Heyo,
I have a game (Bloxxy Academy Community Hangout - Roblox) and the camera will not let me zoom out. It is not just an issue with me. When publishing to another place, it does not make a difference.
Note: I have deleted the camera and it’s made no difference.

Within editor have a look within the [ Starterplayer ]
Within there you should find the max/min camera zoom. That might be the problem. I’m phone based at the moment so can only think about it. Hope that helps. 
Set the CameraMaxZoomDistance property of StarterPlayer back to 400. In your game it’s currently set to like 6 or so.
