Title and vid exmple explains everything, when player comes close its like a radius that its affecting and then parts are trying to fix their own position, when player is further the parts are moving smoothly with no issues

It may have something to do with streaming if i’m remembering the correct feature, Which i believe relegates control from client to server and all that so physics calculations are done on members closest to the part. here’s the docs Instance Streaming | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub

are those meshes or unions? because they can be an issue and you can chaneg hitboxes of them idk wiht unions
