Unanchored parts behaving like anchored parts?

I’m working on this lightsaber game with my friend @Masteralan, and whenever you die, the handle is supposed to fall out of your hand and land on the ground; however, it says in the air for some reason.

All parts of the lightsaber are unwelded, unanchored, uncollideable (except for 1 part as the handle), and are parented to workspace. It only occurs in online mode on FilteringEnabled servers - it can be reproduced in studio’s server test mode too. Why does this happen?

Script is in StarterPlayerScripts if you want to look it over - it automatically kills you after 3 seconds, leaving the handle in workspace.

(Also I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but it seems like it is, since there’s nothing keeping the handle in the air)

tl;dr:
Unanchored parts ignore physics and I can’t figure out why.
