I have two games that all of a sudden are forced to age 16+.

My testers can no longer access these games. These games are privated and NOT public.

This has ruined and delayed the testing experience.

I need this update reversed ASAP please, so testing can run smoothly.

Please reverse this ASAP.

It makes absolutely no sense that my testers cannot do their job and ‘test’ because of this issue. And yes I am verified (hence why I’m even able to post on DevForum)

Expected behavior

The forced age restricted to reverse and play button to appear on both games, so testing can continue and we can release a successful game on roblox.

You need to publish your game first, this happens if a game is not published yet because there is no game to join.

Game has been accessible before though… do I need to re-publish after this update?

UPDATE: Re-publishing did not fix it. Testers still cannot access/play like they always have

oh that’s strange, sorry I thought the issue was the game not being published
