Unbanned user cannot join my community

A user by the name of tomiokamylif_e2 was unbanned from my community.
She is unable to rejoin, and I am unable to process or view any join request from her regardless of any measure we take.

  • The correct user was unbanned.
  • There are no typos.
  • There is no join request from this user.
  • This user was able to join our other groups fine.
  • Her communities are not full; she is only in nine.

Expected behavior

It is expected that the unbanned individual can rejoin the community.

Hi, this join block is intentional, the user was caught by our anti-ban evading detection. This means that the user has another account banned from the community.

I removed all accounts they had banned. Is there a way for either of us to know what the account is, or would we just be stuck like this indefinitely?
