A user by the name of tomiokamylif_e2 was unbanned from my community.
She is unable to rejoin, and I am unable to process or view any join request from her regardless of any measure we take.
- The correct user was unbanned.
- There are no typos.
- There is no join request from this user.
- This user was able to join our other groups fine.
- Her communities are not full; she is only in nine.
Expected behavior
It is expected that the unbanned individual can rejoin the community.
