Undertale: Corrupt RP | Public Development Log

Public Development Log #1:

If you already talked to me about this stuff, you should already know most of this. if you still want to read, just read it I guess. Choices matter!

You seem to have wandered to my post! Well, heya Developers and readers alike. Welcome to my latest project, I’ve been thinking for a while to start this project. And, I finally decided to do so, special thanks to… Felipe1073w [ Upesu ] and Gamepika! [ Towki ] by the way, this is an Undertale RP. and no- it isn’t blocky nor with paper characters.

Anyways, let’s get started. You may ask how the RP experience will be… Well! You should ask how current RP games are! As you can see, there is a lot of paper RP’s and some blocky RP’s. Well, we’re not going for any of those 2 types!

I’m going to make it not blocky nor paper, a lot of models will be done by Felipe1073w [ Upesu ] in Blender.

S1 - Flowey

s1 = section 1, 2 and etc.
How will Flowey work?

Well, you see. Like in the game, he rises from the ground and goes into the ground. And… You should know how it’ll go!

Flowey will have TWO states.

  1. In-Ground State
  • It’s easy to know what this will be, but. Flowey will be inside the ground!
  • Flowey will be able to freely move around.
  • In-Ground State is togglable using Q.
  • Flowey is basically in the ground, nobody can see him.

– Example of Flowey going into the ground.

  1. Out-Ground State
  • Flowey will be visible to everyone and stuff.
  • Flowey in this state CANNOT move around.
  • This state is togglable using E.

Doesn’t this get you thinking on how this is possible:

Well, I have a thing for that. Flowey will have an animation/little thing you can click in the Flowey GUI to make a fireball appear and fire at Flowey, launching him just like in that scene.

Now that we’re done with Flowey… I’ll tell you what’s the next character… Frisk!
I don’t have a lot done there, so… I’ll keep it a secret for now.
How about we talk about how in-game events will work.

S2 - Events:

So, they’ll work in a way of using a lot of new features!
I’ll be utilizing video streaming and global shouts. Maybe I could add a way for Head Administrators or Administrators+ to have the ability to make Live-Events!
But, this feature will most likely come as an update. And yes, you can toggle event-shouts and sounds from events off.

S3 - The Future:

Hm, I don’t know what the future holds for this project, I hope it’s good. Anyways…

I have lots of plans for the game! And also another hole game too, I’ll probably make another Development Log of that other project later.

oh my god writing is hard. if I broke a dev-forum rule, I’ll change the part that breaks that rule. Or delete the post, thanks for understanding. don’t mind the weird logo, I just made it in Studio pretty fast. Not a GFX maker. A LOT OF THINGS SUBJECT TO CHANGE!
