Every time I join any game on ROBLOX, my client crashes within 20 seconds of me joining. Is there a way I can fix this?

Make sure there is no programs that would cause it running (photoshop was crashing my roblox). Check the crash log and send it to staff. Reinstall. If none of those helps, use microsoft store Roblox version.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please follow Strategy Three, as outlined here, to create a full crash dump. Once you have the crash dump, please forward it to us. Upon receiving the crash dump, we will be able to diagnose the issue your are experiencing.

I’m pretty sure I have the crash dump. Where would I forward the .dmp file to?

If you send a crash dump, please ensure that it is a full crash dump to avoid any unnecessary back and forth. In the case of a Hyperion-related crash, a full crash dump typically enables us to resolve the issue within hours.
