Unexplained Terrain Regions Streaming Out

Approximately ~1hr ago our users started reporting client-sided loss of Terrain regions. We have not updated nor changed our game in any way to be affected by any new code. The issues imaged below are from our users’ reports and the bug reports coincide with a Terrain related FFlag being flipped: VoxelGridNew4 (this is our assumption).

Because the Terrain regions dropped are client-sided, players are effectively able to no-clip through the world from this newly introduced behavior.

Are you using streaming? If so could you share your configuration (listed under Workspace → Streaming).

For the player reports could you describe any additional data from the reports, like platform, Client version, etc.?

Yes we are using streaming.

All reports have been made by users on laptops/desktops.

Could you disable it again for my place as well?

I’d like to point out that I’ve also only gotten reports from desktop users
