Unfair Automated moderation on the game "Violence District"

Hello everyone,

Recently my game “Violence District” that averages around 20k ccu got taken down by ai moderation for violence/gore and the game only features blood particles, no decapitation, dismemberment, or other gross realistic modification to the avatar…
Weird thing about this is the game got taken down without being under review or anything after most likely being mass reported because of a ban wave we did on an exploiter server.

Is there anything I can do to accelerate this procedure? not only that its costing the game too much to be shut down for a false alarm, but the rest of the community is starting to get worried.

I hope you guys understand my frustration, and I’m looking forward to your solutions.

You have to appeal it using Roblox Support.

thank you for the suggestion, but I already sent out a ticket using support and no response yet. Do you know how long it usually takes to get a response?

It takes a couple of hours upwards to maybe a couple of days, when using Roblox Support you’re gonna have to be extremely patient. They’re not going to imburse you either for the lost revenue for how long your game is down, which is pretty ridiculous.

Roblox AI moderation should have some sort of human review behind it, it’s actually ridiculous atp

I agree. it seems kind of backwards to let the bot take games down then try to appeal it. sorta like guilty until proven innocent.
