Hello, so recently i got unfairly banned on my main account “stas2012ggk” for exploiting when i didnt actually do anything, so basically for a while someone other than myself was using my account without my concern and apparently was exploiting which resulted in me getting banned,

i feel like this is really unfair since i didnt actually do anything wrong and about an hour before the ban i maanaged to get the hacker locked out of my account (changed my password and logged the hacker our of my account), i feel like i deserve to get unbanned but everytime i tried to appeal they said this: “Thank you for contacting us about this issue. Your account was correctly banned for using unapproved 3rd party software. The penalty for this offense will not be changed.” this: “we recognize that some consequences are the result of unauthorized account access, and we may remove the consequence as circumstances allow.” or this “Your account status is in connection to Roblox’s anti-cheat detections. We cannot remove the current action on your account.” which as you may have guessed didnt help me at all, if you are a moderator and you are reading this right now please help me get unbanned, this is really important for me, one of the reasons why i really want to get unbanned is that basically a few days before the ban i purchased a battlepass gamepass for 499 robux in “tower defense simulator” which gives me acces to a special battlepass which i need to complete before 30th august or else my robux would be wasted and no this gamepass isnt refundable.

1: i got unfairly banned because a hacke was exploiting on my account
2: i purchased a non refundable battlepass gamepass which expires in 20 days
3: its really important for me to get unbanned aand if you are a mod reading this please help me
and thats basically it, i really hope i’ll get any help on forum unlike the support, also if fully unbanning me wouldnt be possible i would REALLY REALLY and again REALLY aprecciate it if you could atleast unban me for 10 days and then ban me again, thank you.
