I’m a UGC Creator, and I’ve been facing an issue where my older uploaded items (1–2 years old) are getting banned every week, even though they were originally within the guidelines. Because of this, my 3D Avatar Item Creation access is permanently stuck in a 14–15 day restriction loop, preventing me from uploading new items.
A staff member previously stated that new rule changes would only apply to new items, yet moderation is banning my older items anyway. Every time I reach the last day of my restriction, I receive another warning, which resets the timer back to 15 days. This has been happening for weeks.

It seems like older items are being unfairly affected by new rules, and creators are unable to publish new content due to this restriction loop.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known issue, or is there a way to appeal these bans?

These items were uploaded 1–2 years ago following the guidelines at the time. However, they are now being banned under new rules, even though a staff member mentioned that rule changes would only apply to new items.
This isn’t accurate. Please link any documentation and we will be happy to make it unambigous / clarify / fix the documentation.
