Unintended animation for a custom character

This is my custom character for a horror like game

This is what I want his animation to be like

But for some reason when i run the game his animation becomes this

This also happens in play mode

none of the parts in the starter character are anchored
though some parts are welded to unions

Any help is appreciated

When you animate him make sure to select every body part. The parts you didn’t select to animate will be taken over by the default running animation.

So basically even if ur not animating the lower arm still select it and rotate it lets say 30 degrees one way then 30 degrees back so that these labels for it show up.

Have you tried setting the animation priority higher?
