Union of America Constitution

 I have decided to make this available for people who do not have access to studio or just don't like studio.

        Article I. The Congress of the Union of America

	1.	All legislative power shall rest in a Congress of the Union of America. do
	
	2.	The Congress of the Union of America shall be elected
	by the Citizens of America. No person shall be a member of 
	Congress who has not been a Citizen of the Union of America
	for less than four weeks and who shall have existed no less
	than a three months.	
		
	Apportionment of the number of members of Congress shall be
	determined by the President of the Union of America, but that number 
	shall always be even excluding the President of Congress and 
	any change to the number of members of the Congress shall take effect	
	following the election and sitting of a new Congress. 
		
	3.	The Congress of the Union of America shall have power 
	to determine peace and war,to grand letters of Marque and Reprisal
	entering into treaties and alliances, 
	of establishing rules for deciding, in all cases, what captures on 
	land or water shall be legal, and in what manner prizes taken by
	land or naval forces in the service of the Union of America,
	shall be divided or appropriated, appointing courts inferior to the Supreme Court, 
	for the trial of unjust acts committed in captured groups, establishing courts; 
	and for setting rules in all cases of captures. 
					
	To Make Laws, To Raise and Provide public money and oversee its 
	proper expenditure, To approve Presidential Appointments, To Approve 
	Treaties Negotiated by the Executive Branch, To Establish Institutions 
	of Trust or Profit, To Borrow Money, To Establish Rules for Naturalization 
	and Citizenship, Establish Rules for the Establishment or Dissolution 
	of Divisions or Associated Groups, To Approve or Disapprove the 
	publication of items sold in the Group Store, To set just compensation
	for the creation of such items by any citizen of the Union of America, 
	To provide for and maintain an Army, Navy, or any other kind of Armed Force 
	for the defense of the Union of America, To establish uniform fair 
	rules for commerce without interference in the Free Market,
	To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed, 
	and Offences against the Law of Nations;										
											
	To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia,
	and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in 
	the Service of the Union of America,the Appointment of the Officers,
	and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline 
	prescribed by Congress;										
													
	To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for 
	carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers 
	vested by this Constitution in the Government of the Union of America, 
	or in any Department or Officer thereof.																								
													
	4.	Freedom of Speech and debate within the Congress of the Union of 
	America shall not be impeached or questioned in any Court, 
	or place out of Congress, and the members of Congress shall be 
	protected in their persons from arrests, imprisonments, during the 
	time of their going to and from, and attendance on congress, except 
	for treason or breach of the peace. 									
											
	5.	During regular sessions of the Union of America, the 
	President of Congress shall be the Vice-President of the Union of 
	America and shall be chosen by the members of Congress 
	amongst the members of Congress, shall serve in a period of Four Months, 
	and shall be second in command in respect to the Armed Forces 
	of the Union of America and the Executive Branch, in such case shall. 
	hold the title of Chief Executive. 
	If there shall be a vaccancy in the office of President of Congress, the longest serving 															
	member of Congress shall assume the powers and duties of the office until the subsequent election of a new Congress. 										
											
	6.	No Bill of Attainder, ex post facto law, shall be passed by the Congress of the Union of America
											
	7. The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, 
	unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it.
											
	8. No title of nobility shall be granted by the Union of America


Article II. Executive Branch of the Union of America
													
	1.	Executive power shall rest in a President of the Union of America. 
											
	2.	The President of the Union of America shall have sole right 
	of ownership of the group of the Union of America. 
											
	3.	The President of the Union of America shall be Commander-in-Chief 
	of all Armed Forces of the Union of America
											
	4.	The President of the Union of America shall have power, 
	with advice and consent of the Congress, to make treaties, 
	and he shall nominate and with the advice of the Congress, 
	ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, Judges of 
	the courts and Chief Justice of the Union of America, shall 
	have power to grant reprieves and pardons, to fill vacancies 
	that may happen in 	Congress which shall expire until an election had intervened. 																		
	
	5.	The President of the Union of America shall have sole 
	power to appoint from the Congress, aside the Vice-President, 
	executive officers to administer the departments of the 
	Union of America. 
											
	6.	During periods of insurrection, rebellion, 
	or grave national crisis, or subversion against the Union of America, 
	the President of the Union of America shall have power to 
	mobilize the armed forces, shall have sole power to imprison 
	or exile such members found to be suspect and quickly 
	reestablish peace and good order as Public Safety may require. 


										
	Article III. Judicial Branch of the Union of America
													
	1. Judicial Power of the Union of America shall be 
	vested in a Supreme Court of the Union of America and other
	courts the Congress shall ordain. 
															
	2. The Judicial Power shall extend to all cases
	in Law, Equity, Arising under this Constitution, 
	To all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction, Laws and 
	treaties made, Controversies between Citizens or Citizens and the Union													
	In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers 
	and Consuls, the Supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. 
	In all the other Cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court 
	shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, 
	with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.														
																									
	3. All Judges serving on the Supreme Court shall be set by the Congress. 
											
	4. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall oversee the administration of Justice 
	throughout the Union of America and shall serve during good behavior. 										
											
	5. Treason against the Union of America, shall consist only
	in levying War against it, to subvert the duties of its officers
	and government,	 this Constitution or laws of the Union of America, 
	or in adhering to its Enemies or giving them Aid and Comfort. 


									
	Article IV. 
													
	1.	Full faith and credit shall be given to the Union of America 
	to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings. 
	This Constitution, and the Laws of the Union of America 
	which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made,
	or which shall be made, under the Authority of the Union of America,
	shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in America
	shall be bound thereby notwithstanding laws contrary to the Constitution
	of the Union of America								
											
	2.	The Privileges and Immunities of the Citizens of the Union of America
	shall not be violated or infringed without due process of law.  
											
	3.	Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of 
	religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or 
	abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the 
	right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition 
	the government for a redress of grievances.
												
	4.	A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security 
	of a free nation, The Right of the People to Keep in bear 
	arms shall not be infringed
												
	5.	No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any 
	house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, 
	but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
												
	6.	The right of the people to be secure in their persons, 
	houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches 
	and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall 
	issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or 
	affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be 
	searched, and the persons or things to be seized. do
												
	7.	No person shall be held to answer for a capital, 
	or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment 
	or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising 
	in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in 
	actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall 
	any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put 
	in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled 
	in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, 
	nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, 
	without due process of law; nor shall private property be 
	taken for public use, without just compensation. 
															
	8. In all prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy a speedy 
	and public trial by an impartial jury of his peers; and to 
	be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; 
	to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have 
	compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, 
	and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
																	
	9.	All cruel and unusual punishments are prohibited
																	
	10.	The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights, 
	shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained 
	by the people.
																	
	11. Congress shall make no law infringing on the 
	right of production and trade except for those 
	dealing with fraud.



                	Article V. 
																			
	1. The Congress, whenever two thirds shall deem it necessary, 
	shall propose amendments to this Constitution, then 
	submitted to  be ratified by the People of the Union of 
	America in a referendum and final approval of the President 
	of the Union of America. 

	Article VI. 

	1. This Constitution shall become effective upon the 
	following day after ratification by the Congress of the 
	Union of America.
