Unit of measure for Roblox (Studs) and best modeling scale

Hello, I have been looking all over but haven’t been able to determine what the unit of measurement is for 1 stud on Roblox Studio. Does anyone know what they equals in meters, cm, inches, etc?

Also when using other 3D modeling tools what is the measure scale and unit of measure do most people use for 1:1 real life for building, people, cars?

Thanks

I don’t believe it’s necessary to worry about this. I would scale all your models based on the rig you will be using for your game.

Just as @Crazedbrick1 said, the scale of your rigs. I’ve only had to do this once for commission that had me build a 3D space to scale.

Thanks for the insights - what is the best way to ensure everything is scaled the same in the end when you are bringing in many different models. Trying to make it accurate instead of just going off visual size compares.

I am unsure of the answer for your second question, but as for the first:

One stud is 28cm (11.0236 inches). Roblox released an official guide on platform unit conversions to real life units. See attached linked below for the full documentation page. Hope this helps!
