1. Courts

  • General Military Court

Highest Military Court consists of Judge Advocate General or Deputy Judge Advocate General, 4 officers. 1 HQ member.

People involve:
Officers involved with the case can’t only connect with the individual in court. If in the same Unit or was in the same unit then another will be chosen.

The HQ member is available at the time of the case. If multiple are online then the one who willing to be the HQ member in court shall come.

Spectators will not talk during General Military. If a visitor talks during court they will charge with the concept of court and demoted by 1 rank.

Limits of General Military Court:
Can issue these discharges
Dishonorable Discharge (Felon)
Honorable Discharge
Lower types of discharges
Exile/kick/Remove from Military
Article 15s.

What crimes does this court handle:
Any felons like Corruption, Abuse of Power or having other felons are handled by this court.

Who decides an individual is guilty or not.
The four officers, and one HQ member. If found guilty then the Judge Advocate General or Deputy Judge Advocate General handles decide punishment. It can be overpowered by POTUS.

  • Summary Military Court

Consists of a lower judge (Not the Judge Advocate General or Deputy Judge Advocate General). This court handles minor crimes like breaking uniform code, traffic laws.

Limits of Summary Military Court:
Can issue General Military Discharge, demotions, Article 15s. but not Dishonorable Discharge (Felon)
Honorable Discharge.

This court also handles unit discharges (Switch from Unit to Unit).

2. Alliance/Enemies

  • Alliance
    Allies are groups who helps us at the time of war, raids, or in of help. We will help them with the same things.
    They are required to talk to an HQ member to get time over a weekend, for an alliance meeting. Which consist of important members of Military, Legislative, Judicial, and Executive.
    Who needs to attend: POTUS (President of the United States) or VPOTUS (Vice President of the United States). SOS (Secretary of States) or SOR (Secretary of Relation). SECARM (Secretary of Army) or SECDEF (Secretary of Defense). CJUS (
    Chief Justice of the United States) or ACJUS (Assitant
    Chief Justice of the United States). Chair of House or Speaker of House. CJCS (Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff) or VCJCS (Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff). CSA (Chief of Army Staff) or VCSA (Vice Chief of Army Staff). DAS (Director of Army Staff) or SMA (Sergeant Major of Army).

  • Enemies
    Groups who poss a threat to our Group. Which United States Military are allowed to attack if ordered by POTUS.
    Contact Shamrock on Comms to become an enemy.

3. Units

  • Units must have a full staff team before entering raids/wars
  • If a unit fails to complete monthly quota or requirement they will be required to be under review by HQ (Head Quarters.

4. Ranking

  • Cooldown
    Only 1 promotion per day rule.
    You wait until the NEXT day on the calendar, in your timezone.
    Every demotion will lead to cooldown (Can’t be promoted) for the rest of day.

  • Promote and Demote Command
    :promote and :demote command on bases doesn’t automatically promote or demote a user.
    IT’S A REQUEST!
    Only HQ+ can promote/demote people!

  • Double ranks+ Exp.“[E] Specialist | Corporal”
    If the complete enough training they can be promoted, 1-day promotion rule is applied.

  • Max rank to train to
    After Sergeant (E5) they are allowed to attend Officer Candidate School, and not
    allowed to attend BMT (Basic Military Training) or BCT (Basic Combat Training) which are hosted by TRADOC (Training and Doctrine Command)

  • Promotion as NCO (Sergeant (S) (E5))
    Earned by OCS (Officer Candidate School)
    Being active on base.
    Attending recruiting session and get promoted by HQ for hard work.
    Recommended by higher rank or lower rank.
    Chosen by POTUS to be an advisor.

  • All officers, HQ members, Government Officials must have comms!
    Failure will have cooms that will lead to demotions.

  • Who is an NCO (Noncommissioned Officer)?
    E5 (Sergeant) to W5 (Chief Warrant Officer)

  • Who is CO (Commissioned Officer)?
    O1 (Second Lieutenant) to O9 (Lieutenant General)

5. Demotions, and discharges

  • Demotions
    To demote a user there must be a reason and proof.
    All demotion can be appealed by the summary (misdemeanors) or General (Felons) Military Courts.
    The decision can be overpowered (Deny/Accept) by CSA, VCJCS, CSJC. Unless in General Military Court.

  • Discharges from a unit
    All discharges are decided by a judge in a court.
    General Unit Discharge is asking to leave the unit to move to another unit. (No punishments)
    Dishonorable unit discharge is very serious and handled by General Military Court.
    The decision can be overpowered (Deny/Accept) by CSA, VCJCS, CSJC. Unless in General Military Court.

6. Unit Rank requirements

  • ONLY TO TRYOUT/APPLY TO JOIN!

  • If an individual is under the minimum unit rank requirement (Stated below) they shall be removed/exiled/kicked from the unit.

  • If an individual is over the maximum unit rank requirement then they are eligible for an MR or HR position in the Unit.

  • TRADOC (Training and Doctrine Command)
    Minimum: Sergeant (E5)
    Maximum: Master Sergeant (E8A)

  • ASOC (Army Special Operation Command)
    Minimum: Specialist (E4a)
    Maximum: Staff Sergeant (E6)

  • JAGC (Judge Advocate General Corps)
    Minimum: Warrant Officer (W1)
    Maximum: Lieutenant Colonel (O5)

  • MP (Military Police)
    Minimum: Private First Class (E3)
    Maximum: Sergeant (E5)

  • Infantry
    Minimum: Private Second Class (E2)
    Maximum: Specialist (E4a)

  • Medical
    Minimum: Private Second Class (E2)
    Maximum: Sergeant (E5)

  • Airborne
    Minimum: Private Second Class (E2)
    Maximum: Sergeant (E5)

  • Armored
    Minimum: Private Second Class (E2)
    Maximum: Sergeant (E5)

  • Secret Service
    Minimum: Private Second Class (E2)
    Maximum: Specialist (E4a)

7. Division/Unit position(s) requirements

  • NCO can be an MR (Middle Rank), but can not run the unit/division.
  • CO can be HR (High ranks), such as CO (Commanding Officer)/XO (Executive Officer) or CG (Commanding General)/DCG (Deputy Commanding General).

8. Abusing:

  • Abusing Admin is when someone teleports to kill or get advance, healing, teleporting, viewing, higher health, jump power during, or better guns during battles. If reported with valid proof will lead to demotion.
  • Ranking Abuse (Free ranking) will lead to demotion and a court case.
  • Cuff Abuse will lead to demotion. If an individual doing this constantly will lead to a court case.
  • Gun abuse using explosives, or spawn killing will lead to demotion. If an individual doing this constantly will lead to a court case.

9. Corruption

  • Decided by the court.
  • Lead to a dishonorable discharge, with termination form Shamrock Company Services

10. Inactivity

  • Failure to do job/work, warning before a demotion
  • Failing to be active, warning before a demotion
  • Working while on inactivity notice, warning before a demotion

11. Immaturity

  • Making a face, warning before a demotion
  • Doing childish things (arguing for no reason, random killing, etc.), warning before a demotion

12. Disobeying high ranking personals

  • Failure to listen to high ranking personals such as O5+ (Lieutenant Colonel) will lead to demotion.
  • EXCEPTION: An order that can/might/may cause harm to the United States Army. Please report with proof to Shamrock#3319. (The bot)

13. Team killing

  • Randomly killing teammates or people in the group, will lead to demotion
  • EXCEPTION: During training, or permission from High ranking officer, unit executive officer (X/O/DCG) or unit commanding officer (CO/CG)

14. Interfering

  • Interfering with rallies, training (Unit or Army), meetings, and the court such as trolling, talking, misbehaving will lead to demotion.

15. Trolling

  • Intentional disruptions will lead to a warning before a demotion.

16. Inappropriate attire

  • Not in OCP, or Unit OCP will lead to a warning before a demotion.
  • Wearing extra accessories such as hats, back animals/tools, shoulder stuff will lead to a warning before a demotion.
  • EXCEPTION: If got approved by HQ (Head Quarters).
