The following guide will contain all of the necessary information that you need to succeed in the USMG!
USM COMMAND STRUCTURE
USM RANK SYSTEM
----------INITIAL ENTRY TRAINING----------
To become an E1 in the USM, simply spawn into the academy as a member, click on the teleport button in the Initial Entry Training Spawn, and complete the game fully!
----------JUNIOR ENLISTED----------
E1 → E2
- Enlist in a Branch of your choosing
- Get 120 Clanlabs XP points
E2 ->E3
- Get 360 Clanlabs XP points
E3 → E4
- Get 1440 Clanlabs XP points
----------NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER----------
E4 → E5

Get 2,880 XP and complete the teamwork obby from the USM Academy Teleporter System, at which point you’ll gain access to the USM Basic Leadership Course, which requires you to complete the following:

Phase 1: Obby

Phase 2: Event Hosting

Phase 3: Patrolling

Phase 4: Individual Combat
-
Phase 5: Raiding

Phase 6: Leadership Challenge
E5 → E6
There must be 3 E5’s for every 1 E6 in the USM, meaning you need to use your leadership skill to mentor more Junior Enlisted to the rank of E6 prior to moving up yourself. This also allows for balance within the ranks and prevents the group from becoming topheavy.

Complete the USM Advanced Leadership Course, which requires you to complete the following:

E6 → E7
There must be 3 E6’s for every 1 E7 in the USM, meaning you need to use your leadership skill to mentor more Junior Enlisted to the rank of E7 prior to moving up yourself. This also allows for balance within the ranks and prevents the group from becoming topheavy.

E7 → E8
There must be 3 E7’s for every 1 E8 in the USM, meaning you need to use your leadership skill to mentor more Junior Enlisted to the rank of E8 prior to moving up yourself. This also allows for balance within the ranks and prevents the group from becoming topheavy.

There must be 3 E8’s for every 1 E9 in the USM, meaning you need to use your leadership skill to mentor more Junior Enlisted to the rank of E9 prior to moving up yourself. This also allows for balance within the ranks and prevents the group from becoming topheavy.
- Complete the USM Guantlet which consists of the following:
- Recruit 10 members into the group and Discord
- 5 Slide presentation on your most influential MMC figure
- Lead and raid against any group
- Develop a 5 pronged USM improvement plan
- Build or create a model in Roblox Studio for the USM
- Paragraph on what leadership means to you
- Paragraph on your view of the USM and how it can approve
- Lead any group of 10 USM members in a 2 consecutive hour event
- Create 1 piece of pro-USM propraganda
- Mentor someone
- Earn the USM an Ally + get their leader into the USM Discord
- Help someone
- Hinder someone
- Cripple a hostile group
- Change someone
- Earn an enemy’s forgiveness
- Establish a social media presence for the USM
- Improve the USM’s status within the MMC
- Recruit one member of significant standing into the USM
- Get a petition signed by 15 members of the USM in favor of you receiving an officer commission
----------COMMISSIONED OFFICER----------
E5+ → O1
Complete the USM Officer Candidate School with a minimum of a 75% passing score, which consists of the following:
- Event Administration
- Rank Administration
- Discord Moderation
- In game moderation
NOTE: You must be at least E6 to attend OCS. If your commission expires without you ranking up from O1, you will be reverted to your previously held rank. Failure to meet promotion criteria as an officer will lead to you being reverted to your previously held rank (O3->O2, etc.). Your commission will expire if you cannot accomplish this as an O1.
O1 → O2
O2 slots will be locked if there is not 3 at least 3 people to fulfill your vacancy as an O1
- Host 10 successful events under you per week for 2 weeks (Note: Others hosting on your behalf will count towards this requirement)
O2 → O3
O3 slots will be locked if there is not 3 at least 3 people to fulfill your vacancy as an O2
- Host 15 successful events under you per week for 2 weeks (Note: Others hosting on your behalf will count towards this requirement)
O3 → O4
O4 slots will be locked if there is not 3 at least 3 people to fulfill your vacancy as an O3
- Host 20 successful events under you per week for 2 weeks (Note: Others hosting on your behalf will count towards this requirement)
O4 → O5
O5 slots will be locked if there is not 3 at least 3 people to fulfill your vacancy as an O4
- Host 25 successful events under you per week for 2 weeks (Note: Others hosting on your behalf will count towards this requirement)
O5 → O6
O5 slots will be locked if there is not 3 at least 3 people to fulfill your vacancy as an O5
- Host 30 successful events under you per week for 2 weeks (Note: Others hosting on your behalf will count towards this requirement)
O6 → O7 → O8 → O9 → SEA → VCJCS → JCS → CJCS
All ranks above O6 are appointed by the SECDEF and CiC based on popular approval, performance, and contributions to the community.
