UNITED STATES NAVY NETC TRAINING GUIDE

1a. If you are in NETC E5-9 and are stationed at the spawn, you will instruct the citizens, or future recruits to be Shoulder to Shoulder, or STS on the provided pads. Once the transport bus arrives you will instruct the players to board the bus using the “dress right, right” tool provided in your inventory. Depending on the size of the class, if there are open seats on the bus you will board as well. Before the bus departs you will say the following.
:m At this time please refrain from jumping, as it will cause the bus to glitch. If you are caught in the act you will be kicked from this training and face heavy consequences.
Once you arrive at the bus stop inside of Norfolk Naval Station you will lead the recruits into the classroom where the other staff will receive them
1b. NETC E5-9 will use the transport bus to transport the recruits to the base. You must always use the right side of the road at all times. Keep the speed under 20 mph. You shall follow all instructions given by the MA on base and at the gate. Never skip the gate. Always use the parking brake P, if you are going over 20 mph. Always stop at the bus parking spots and where there is a bus stop sign.
1c. If you are NETC E5-9 and stationed at the classroom you will instruct the recruits a few simple things to know. You will talk about the ranks, how they are organized, a few key terms that will be used during training, and how to address your superiors. Once everyone has finished class, you will head into the NEX where the recruit will put on their NWU Type III, make sure they are wearing the right uniform, the right uniform should be the one with coyote brown boots. If they are wearing the black leather boots, please inform them they are wearing the wrong uniform, and show them where the right one is. Once they are all in their uniforms and wearing the right covers you will have them line up in a single file line and request them to follow you. You will tell them to fall in on the parade grounds. From there their trainer will soon come in, you are to stand behind him/her once they arrive.
1d. Introduction
The trainer will say this, “HELLO WELCOME TO MY [Insert Event Type]! I AM YOUR HOST [Insert Username] [IF YOU HAVE A CO-HOST] AND THIS IS MY CO-HOST [INSERT USERNAME] HE WILL BE GOING OVER OUR FIRST [Ist] EXERCISE!”

The instructor(s) will go over the faces.
Right Face: 90o To the Right
Left Face: 90o to the Left
Right Incline: 45o to the Right
Left Incline: 45o to the Left
About Face: 180o either way
Controlled Eyes: The Recruits watch the Instructor and are only broken with About Face.
Eyes Front: Face the direction the host is in
FAKE FACE: Controlled Face, Center Face, Eyes Face, Center Eyes, and ect.

Marching Rules/Marching
No Neck Sniffing
No Gun Running
No Sprinting
Don’t go off course
Only listen to the instructor -
Commands:
Prepare: Prepare to March
Say anything in the Middle, forward, kick, detailed, ect.
MARCH!: Start Marching
Halt!: Stop marching
Resume, March: Continue marching
[ The host will be in front, have them in rank order or alphabetical order, then the co-host will be in the back yelling at the recruits for doing little things.]
- Swimming Pool
They will march to the Swimming pool, have an admin present until we get the pool fixed so they can TP the members out, if you don’t have admin already.
[Tell them to do 10 laps [IO] 1 lap is back and forth.]

Obby
They will do the obby in 3 minutes.
Self Explanatory No Cheating, Ect. -
Shooting Range
Gun Commands:
Fire = Fire 1 round/bullet

Post a picture of your recruits wedging in their new rank uniform
Whites: March-September
Khakis: All the time for instructors
Blues: October-April
Wear whites of your rank, post it in the passed RT/PTs Discord channel (When Made)
