The watermark makes it a bit hard to see properly but what I can say is that the background seems a little plain/boring. The text effect is nice.
Could you tell us what the logo would be for so we can get an idea on the feel you want the logo to have?

Too much yellow. I would do the text in blue or a different color. Yellow on yellow is very hard to read.

Depending on where you’ll be using this, it could look real nice.
I would recommend adding a black border around the text, as other people have mentioned, yellow on yellow doesn’t fit together very well. Reminds me of bumblebees though so, props, if that was your intention.

I like the “unity” but the background makes too much yellow.
I saw your comment mentioning it’s not for anyone so I’d just recommend changing the background to something that adds more color perhaps. Anything that you feel would look nice tbh

Looks like a really basic text design, the colours matches which makes the overall look pretty good, but i’d recommand you to add some more colours or just stuff to the pic, since it looks a bit too empty. But overall, it’s pretty good

I think the colors work well together and the font looks awesome with the transparent strokes on the outside.
That gap though… I would consider changing the gap sizes in between the letters.
Maybe this is fine but try playing around with that.

Looks so much better with the new colors. Maybe just fix the spacing between the letters and I think its pretty good.

I think the purple background is a bit plain, I would at least put in a line effect for the background. Another thing you could do is add more stroke layers to the text to make it stand out even more.
PS. Like @Minstrix said the watermark makes it a bit hard for the eye to see properly, I would suggest turning the opacity down even more when the text is above something so significant like that.
