Universe VIP Server Endpoint Returns HTTP 500

Reproduction Steps

Try to pull the VIP server info from the universe configuration endpoint.

Expected Behavior

I expect the endpoint not to return an error. It currently returns HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

Actual Behavior

The endpoint returns an error. I cannot open the monetization in Roblox Studio as this error causes it to fail.

Disabling private servers on a game with many active subscriptions breaks team create and access/monetization pages

I am still unable to access the monetization tab in Roblox Studio. There are other ways for me to edit Developer Products, but this is very frustrating. I am still receiving ‘Internal Server Error’ for the VIP servers endpoint. Universe ID is 1228263300. Would appreciate it if someone could take a look into this.

Hi, thank you for the reply but this was actually already fixed! I made a separate post because it was affecting my usage of the creator dashboard.
