Respect | Discrimination (racism, homophobia, sexism, etc), bullying, or any form of derogatory, degrading, or dehumanizing behavior comments and conversations is never tolerated at Princeton. This will result in an automatic pban.

Disruption | Disrupting behavior such as trolling, using caps, or spamming is not tolerated at Princeton.

Drama | Arguing, fighting, or any form of drama is not permitted on campus or in our communications server.

Bypassing | Bypassing (finding ways to say tagged words by Roblox) is never permitted and will result in a pban.

Mass Spamming | Sending large bodies of text, links, or emojis is beyond disruption and can lead to lag. This will result in an automatic pban.

Exploiting | Hacking or any alteration of any of our games for an unfair advantage (commands, control, etc) is never tolerated and will result in an unappealable permanent ban.

Harassment | Following another player, making unwanted jokes, standing in another player to block them, antagonizing someone’s personal character, making others feel uncomfortable are all forms of harassment. This is not tolerated and will have consequences.

Advertising | Promoting or marketing other groups, products, or anything for your benefit is not permitted on Princeton campus, or on the communications server.

Common Sense | Roblox was designed for the best roleplay experience using our imagination. Please help Princeton continue to foster a positive community by doing your part and following the rules. Think before you act/speak and remember that what you say impacts others.

Student Code of Conduct
- Professionalism: LR staff are always required to remain professional and friendly to all students, guest, business partners, and their co-workers.
- Respect: Staff members are required to show care and regard to themselves and others at all times.
- Uniform: All LR staff are expected to be in uniform when on campus at all times. The admin badge does not count as a uniform for LR staff.
- Grammar: Trainees and receptionists are not required to use grammar. However, both Assistant and Senior Professors are required to use grammar at all times.
- Trolling: Being disruptive (spamming, trolling, caps abuse, etc) is never permitted from staff members.
- Activity: LR staff do not have weekly requirements, however, we highly encourage all of our employees to remain active and engaged in the Princeton community.
- Hinting: Suggestion or hinting toward the promotion of yourself or another is not permitted and will prevent one from being promoted.
- Common Sense: Please ensure you are following all rules put in place, and using common sense to stay out of trouble.

Rank Descriptions
Freshman Student
Freshman Student is the first rank users receive when joining the group. Freshman Students are in their first year of college and are taking classes in order to achieve their bachelor’s degree.
Resource Student
Resource Students are also in their first year of college, however, they must be taught in a separate environment due to a learning disability. Resource students are never treated differently and are only given extra support with their academics.
Suspended
A student or staff member who has been issued a deferral from school activities/operations as a consequence.
Receptionist [MT]
Receptionists are official member of the staff team who has completed and passed their first training. Receptionists are permitted to sit at any reception desk around the campus, check students into their dorms, and help manage trollers and exploiters.
Student Teacher [MT]
Student Teachers are the classroom assistant for the head instructor.
Senior Professor [MT]
Senior Professors have unlocked full teaching permissions and are now allowed to manage a class alone. Senior professors teach class, manage student behavior, create lesson plans, and grade students.

Board of Education [ET]
The Board of Education is the first rank where you will begin your journey into a department. In addition to campus moderation and hosting shifts, you will now also be responsible for completing and helping your assigned department. You will be granted more permissions through the communications server.
Executive Manager [ET0
Executive Manager is the highest executive rank. Executive Managers are the co-leads of their assigned departments. They are responsible for helping manage their departments and assisting their leader. Corporate assistants are much more focused on department work, rather than managing the school or hosting sessions and shifts.
Corporate Director
Corporate Director is the first corporate rank and is their department leader. Directors are expected to lead their departments with exceptional activity and productivity. Corporate Director gives out assignments, manages the department members, and help manage the University of Princeton through their department role.
Vice President
The Vice President is the lowest-ranking officer of the ownership team. They oversee all departments and help manage the proper functionality of the group.
President
The President is the leader of all staffing, communications, and Princeton functionality. The President is considered the “co-owner” of the group and helps steer large corporate decisions for the University.
Chairman
The Chairman is the group owner and has ownership of overall assets, documents, and assets related to the University of Princeton. The CEO is the highest-ranking member of the ownership team and simply oversees the University. The Chief Executive Officer has the final say and votes in any matter, vote, or dispute.

Promotion Guide
Student > Trainee
Complete and pass the employee test at the quiz center.
Trainee > Receptionist
Earn 50 staff points at the school, then contact an HR+ + to promote you.
Receptionist > Kitchen Staff
Earn 150 staff points at the school, then contact an HR+ + to promote you.
Kitchsen Staff > Student Teacher
Remain active and maintain a good reputation so you can either I) Apply for monthly management applications or II) Get reconogized for a promotion.
Student Teacher > Senior Professor+
Due to strict confidentiality and leaking policy, promotion information for MR+ will not be available to the public. Once you achieve Student Teacher, you will be taught how to get promoted to higher ranks.
Additional Notes
~ You receive one point for every minute you spend on campus.
~ Point cheating (going AFK, creating private servers, etc) is not permitted and will result in your points being a result and a possible demotion or suspension.
~ Hinting for promotions is not tolerated and will hinder you from being promoted in the future.

Thank you for your interest in allying with the University of Princeton! In order to form an alliance with the University of Princeton, we have specific guidelines in which we expect your group or discord will have met prior to reaching out via either the Roblox or discord platforms.
Requirements
☐ A minimum of 1000 non-botted group/company members on ROBLOX.
☐ A minimum of 400 non-botted discord members.
☐ Two representatives must be introduced with both representatives being in the Princeton Roblox group and communications server.
☐ Representatives must be willing to communicate with Princeton staff, executives, and corporate officers.
☐ Must have active group games and active communications servers.
☐ A properly functioning and professionally established group/company.
☐ Must have a professional, mature, dedicated, and well-managed staff body.
☐ The communications server must be organized and easy to navigate.
If the group you wish to partner with meets all the requirements above, please feel free to fill out the official alliance application and ensure you’re in the group and communications server.
