Downloading sales of goods data from the roblox website results in the “Unknown Error” popup after two prior downloads.
If this is a rate limit being imposed, the error could be explicit (and at the risk of opining, 2 requests triggering a limit seems premature?)
Repro steps:
- Navigate to Log in to Roblox (
https://www.roblox.com/transactions) - Under “Type of Transaction” select “Sales of Goods”
- Select the download icon next to the drop-down menus
- Choose any available month
- Select “Download”
- Repeat above steps twice
Expected result: download of sales data completes successfully with confirmation popup & download email received
Actual result: after 2 successful downloads, any further download results in “Unknown Error” popup
