"Unknown Error" Uploading Body: Still Uploaded, Still Charged Me

Afternoon!

Earlier today I went to upload my heroic body it gave me an unknown error and claimed it wouldn’t subtract Robux:

Usually when I get an unknown error I assume its something wrong in the name or description, so I reuploaded it as just “heroic” and it went through without issue. When I went to check its moderation status I found that the original body had actually gotten through:

and it even charged me the upload fee, which it claimed it hadn’t

I’m not seeing to have the 750 robux restored or anything, but this bug could impact other creators and should be looked into.

Expected behavior

Unknown error should be more specific, and when it tells me a no robux will be deducted it should not deduct robux.

Hey Reverse_Polarity, thanks for the report and apologies for the inconvenience this caused. We identified the root cause and are working on resolving this error now.

can you please add context to the error messages when submitting? this is getting ridiculous

i’ve been getting the same “error uploading all UGC body parts” when uploading a head (i’ve actually been dealing with it for over a month now). validation process goes smoothly without errors, but once submitted it gives me the same failure. it would be nice to be able to know what is wrong. i’ve tried everything in the book, including solutions from previous posts on the forum about this.
