Hello everybody! It has been quite a while since an actual update. After many months of work the rewrite update is complete. Most of the game has been remade/polished. This update is mostly focused on the backend of the game, which is why there is not much content included. However, difficulties have been soft launched. All difficulties currently have the Easy Mode enemies. In the future all difficulties will have custom enemies for that difficulty. For now, harder difficulties have higher rewards and increased enemy health. [The boss is not currently finished because I ran out of time] With that, lets get into the changelog!
Most of the game has been rebalanced. Every single tower has been rescripted from scratch. I am trying to fix the balance issues that the game had.
Backend
- Lag has been significantly reduced
- Much smoother gameplay
- Server can withstand more enemies and towers now
New towers
- Deputy
- Trooper
Not a lot of towers yet. This will change in the coming months!
Lobby
- Rebuilt from scratch. Much easier to add new features now
- New shop
- New Inventory UI
- Trading (Releases at 12PM CST!)
These changelog notes are not the most detailed because there is just too much changes to list here. You might have questions and I will answer some below:
Q: Why is Sniper and Rocketeer and Plane Base removed?
- A: They are removed for review and they are broken. You will get them back when they are back.
Q: Why is the Summer 2022 event not here?
- A: It is not currently finished. It will be added in a few weeks.
Q: When is Season II?
- A: Soon…
