Up until today, I could not play our Roblox game My Farm on my phone (Galaxy S10E) because of memory issues. on my device textures had expended to almost 1GB of memory size in place memory.
After reducing almost all of our texture sizes the game finally launches for me but I have discovered a new issue: Untracked Memory.
I do not know why but the console shows that our game uses a lot of memory on untracked memory - it goes up and down constantly, never stopping and never stabilizing - from 300MB to 1500MB only on untracked memory.
When I play the game and look at a lot of objects everything just fades in and out of existence in black flashes.
This issue is replicated by launching our QA version of My Farm on a different S10E.
i’ve attached 2 set of screenshots from 2 different devices a “Oneplus6” and my Galaxy.
on the Oneplus6 there is 0 untracked memory. same build, running the same place.

run the place: Farm QA - Roblox
press “play” .
Go to check console,
Go to memory, client,
Scroll to place memory → Un-tracked memory…
Specific devices with the issue:
Galaxy S10e - Android 9.
Galaxy S10 - Android 10.
devices without the issue:
OnePlus6 - Android 10.
