My unused ad credits are not getting refunded.
As you can see, I ran them for 20 and it only spent around half, but it says completed instead of processing which means a refund should have already been issued.

Hi, thanks for your report. Please take a look again, you might have had a date filter which impacts the numbers you see. We can see that the campaigns were completely delivered, so you should be good to go!
Take another look at this. I checked my payment activity tab and realized that I haven’t received a single refund since January 2025. My monthly campaigns almost always end short of the budget, yet I have never been refunded for them. I only use the Classic Ads system with lifetime budgets.
I am currently missing 72.63 ad credits across 5 campaigns.
I’m not sure how to proceed. Will support be able to fix these?

Hey, ads manager seems to still have issues with spending/refunding credits. For me it seems to be a local time issue especially with starting the ads an hour late (I’ll set an ad for 5:00 PM local time but it won’t start spending until 6:00 PM)
Can you give me some I’m poor and have an indie game
