Hello, I’m thinking of opening a ROBLOX group. However, I am wondering if this logo is not allowed on ROBLOX. Yes, it is based on that, but it is from an anime called GUNDAM. And the opponent of Earth, Principality of Zeon, is the worry I have. The logo looks like this:
Is it allowed, or is it not?
It might get taken down for copyright. But that’s really the only thing I can think of.
True, but there is a star wars group on Roblox with 500k+ members, and their group has not been taken down. (Or at least I believe)

Actually, nevermind. I can probably keep this name, but make my own logo. This can probably prevent ROBLOX from shutting the group own.
Lucasfilm / Star Wars has not directly requested a copyright notice against them, so they have not been taken down. GUNDAM may take down that flag. While it is quite unlikely, they still could. Also as long as it is under “Fair Use” (Section 107 of the Copyright Act) it can most likely be used. Another example is Pokemon Brick Bronze. Nintendo decided to take them down because they were using mostly all assets from Pokemon.

They have the decision to take it down.

I love the design of it though, some may see it resemble the German Reich flag in a way. I would watch out for that.
Looks nice, but at the same time, I don’t like it because it looks familiar to the Reich flag. But still looks nice.
