That would be abusing the limit of audio uploads and will certainly get you terminated from the platform if such an action was committed.

No, what I’m saying is that more than half of the Roblox developer community cannot even verify their age in the first place, because they are either below the age of 13 or don’t feel comfortable using a form of ID to verify their real age.

Let me ask you this; who doesn’t, and why don’t you care either? In the past 2-3 years we’ve seen a sharp, major rise in online malicious activity. Every day, every second, people are having this data stolen from them and sold to anonymous people on the web. Such consequences should never be taken lightly, only those who have no interest in protection and personal security would not trend carefully when using the web.

They are deliberately forcing developers to verify their age. Have you not seen just how many perks were taken away from unverified people on the platform?

With all the update threads being posted weekly for other stuff, there is absolutely no doubt this thread is purposely being ignored. Multitudes of valid complaints yet not even the courtesy to give us an update. Real professional there, roblox.

That’s not what I was saying. I was saying you were making a big deal that I accidentally typed the wrong word. And that more than half of the dev community didn’t like that.

They’re not actively updating this though.

In the end we’re all humans. Why is it bad that someone knows this? Credit card and even SSN is understandable, but what’s wrong with name, age, height, weight, etc.?

How? Every human has it. Someone can get approximate answers just by looking at you. Are you saying that people can impersonate you? What are the odds Roblox is gonna impersonate you?

Anyways, if you guys are concerned about data, why don’t you just put black bars over the sensitive info? Will it not work? I thought it just needs to see your birthday. Which, again, isn’t sensitive info without anything else. If I said “hey there’s a guy born in 1/23/45”, you still have no idea who it is through 7 billion people.
