Update Criteria For Member -> Regular Promotions

Note: Promotions from Member → Regular are on hold until the criteria are updated to not include Post Approval, since Post Approval has been deprecated.

It has been quite some time since Member → Regular promotions were put on a hold due to the removal of Post Approval.

This has been-, and is a huge issue for those of us who still want to achieve the “Regular” trust level (previously “Member”).

There is not much left to say, @DevRelationsTeam please finally update the criteria!

Update it to what? The replacement for Post Approval is still yet to come, without it no promotions can be considered.

I’d like to assume that this new process DET is working on will be worth the wait, so please have some patience.
