So this guy Redesigning makes cool houses for R$ apparently these houses are super detailed and well made
Here is a showcase with all his houses etc he has built for people for R$
Thought I’d bring this up again as the person making the houses is now re-making and updating them although no longer selling them still making some quality houses.

I think this guy makes the best houses on Roblox at the moment 
To be honest, the overall feel looks good, but when you took a screenshot of the bathroom, the quality dropped immensely IMO. You should suggest to him that he improve his bathrooms, like using CSG to ‘carve’ out the sink instead of using a bowl mesh and having it sticking out of the part. Plus, the taps for the sink look pretty low-quality too.
The interiors of the houses are… Bland to say the least. I know there isn’t any furniture, but the light switches are just blocks on the walls, the textures are poorly made, cabinets are ugly, bathrooms are ugly… They’re pretty from the outside, but abnormally tall and bland on the inside.
